After featuring the Bourbon Schnitzel last week, a special that was quite popular with our guests, we’re returning another favorite to our specials menu:

Summer is here, so is our Summer Chicken!!

Summer Chicken is back. This popular dish is back as our special this week and is so delicious you should not miss out on it.

Summer Chicken: Tender Chicken Breast with Tomatoes, Mushrooms, and fresh Basil, in a light Tomato Garlic Sauce served with Spaetzle.

Gasthaus Salad: Roasted Pork Tenderloin Salad – Fresh Salad Greens and Tomatoes tossed in a homemade Horseradish Dressing topped with cold slices of Roasted Pork Tenderloin garnished with blanched fresh Green Asparagus.

Soup: German Summer Vegetable Soup – a spicy, brothy soup with a variety of Vegetables and Spaetzle
