Soup: Hexen Suppe – tomato based soup with beef and pickled vegetables, such as White Cabbage, Mushrooms, Roasted Bellpeppers. Finished off with a blend of melted cheese…..mmmmh delicious!

Chef Salad: Shrimp Salad Selected Baby Greens tossed in a homemade Vinaigrette topped off with Shrimp sauteed in a Red Wine Garlic Reduction

Special: Bavarian Beer Roast – “Bier Braten”:  Tender Pork Loin slowly oven roasted in Dark Beer and Vegetables served with Red Cabbage and Spaetzle.
