What’s best after a delicious, German meal? A German schnapps of course!
Schnaps (one “p” in German) is a strong spirit distilled from fermented fruit. The term is used to describe a strong, often colorless, sometimes flavored Brandy. It is
a shot, particularly those of high alcohol content (20% – 50% abv/ 30 – 100 proof)
