TONIGHT is the night. The big game!!!! Louisville’s Catholic high school rivals St. X and Trinity will face off at Papa John’s Stadium. The Gasthaus team would like to wish both teams a great game, hopefully without rain!

Plum Cake…for a limited time only

Plum Cake is known in Germany as Pflaumen Kuchen or Zwetschken Kuchen. It is a cake made with yeast dough, fresh plums and sugar. This cake is very traditional in the fall….add lots of whipped cream, though!
