Summer Chicken is back. This popular dish is back as our special this week and is so delicious you should not miss out on it.

Summer Chicken: Tender Chicken Breast with Tomatoes, Mushrooms, and fresh Basil, in a light Tomato Garlic Sauce served with Spaetzle.

Gasthaus Salad: Roasted Pork Tenderloin Salad – Fresh Salad Greens and Tomatoes tossed in a homemade Horseradish Dressing topped with cold slices of Roasted Pork Tenderloin garnished with blanched fresh Green Asparagus.

Soup: German Summer Vegetable Soup – a spicy, brothy soup with a variety of Vegetables and Spaetzle

White Cabbage Soup – a brothy soup with white cabbage, ground beef and potatoes, spiced with sweet paprika and cardamon.
