Our dinner special this week is:
Mini Tournedos, grilled beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon on a red onion port wine sauce served with Spaetzle.
Our Specials this week are “Kraeuter Fleisch Filet” – herbal crusted pork tenderloin on a delicious thyme and garlic sauce served with red skinned potatoes and fresh green beans.
Wilted Spinach Salad – selected baby spinach tossed in a warm potato-bacon dressing (yummy!) garnished with cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
Cheese soup (back by popular demand) – a velvety soup made with several melted cheeses, ground beef and finely chopped mushrooms and onions. So good!!!!
