Our special this week are Filet of Beef with a flavorful Green Peppercorn Sauce and Pan-Seared Red Skinned Potatoes.
The soup is a Cream of Zucchini.
Our new Chef Salad is Asparagus Salad: blanched fresh green Asparagus, Red Onions, Mandarin Oranges and Tomatoes tossed in a home-made Sour Cream Dressing served on a Bed of Greens. This salad is so deliciously refreshing, you will LOVE IT!!
Our special this week is a Schnitzel Gemüse Pfanne, a German style stir fry. It’s cubed pork loin pan tossed with mushroms, zucchini, tomatoes, onions and green peas placed on a bed of Spätzle. So yummy!
Our soup is Creamed Green Asparagus Soup, creamy consistency, yet no cream in it. But made with fresh green asparagus. The salad is still our very popular Gruyere Cheese Salad (see below)
